Days 32-36: Respect each other every day

Respecting each other is something that we often forget to do.  As these past few days have come and gone, I have realized that there are times in our lives we don't pay attention to how much we need to respect each other a little bit more each day!  When we respect each other, we show that we care about each other and we value each other.  Granted it may take a crazy situation to help us realize this but, sooner or later, we start to understand that respect is what helps our world understand each other!

Days 30-31: There's something Bigger

Even when we will the world around us isn't so perfect and we're wanting to just the answers to fall into place, we want to just scream and complain, however we can't.  There is so much more going on in our lives that we just have learn to readjust our thinking.  We always want people to feel sorry for us or show pitty for us but, there's that change that needs to occur.  This changes should occur because there is something BIGGER happening in the world!!
There's something bigger and better that is going to happen.  There is something positive vibe that will be occuring and the amazing things that will happen.  You have just understand that you can't let the small things effect you and you just have to be willing to dust off your boats!  For there's a great big tomorrow shining at the end of everday!!

Day 29: Stop Judging

I got my inspiration today from what happened when I was teaching today.  We living a society that everywhere we turn, it seems that people are judging each other for no reason.  We are condeming each other for no reason.  We have no right to make fun of each other.  Who are we to make the calls.  We are ourselves are not perfect saints or angels.  However, we should always treat people as human beings and with respect.  What is the purpose of all this judgement going on in the world.  Make a positive difference and stop judging.

Days 28: Praying and waiting

After having a great heart to heart converstation with a friend of mine last night, hence why I didn't blog last night, gave me the idea for what I wanted to share with you tonight. In life, we have to be patient and not be afraid to wait.  We have to be able to be sincere in our prayers and pray for what our heart really desires.  I know in a my last post, I spoke about that perfect person who has been created for us is be prepared for us.  In a way, I want to add to that thought.

What I want to add is, we have to pray that that person will really be ready for us and that they will be the one who is pure and holy, just as we too are going to have to be pure and holy.  However, we have to be willing to be patient and wait, and not complain.  Each day we have to pray, pray from our heart.  We just need to be patient.  Remember at the end of the journey, the waiting and patience will be repaid with something great!

Days 25-27: Broken and Beautiful

Have you found yourself thinking you weren't good enough for someone or someone wouldn't apperciate you for the person you because of your past?  The scars, wounds, and pain you have because of the hurt, abuse, or whatever you've experienced haunt you and make you want to runaway forever.  Constantly you may find yourself on the defense, pushing people away because you're so worried about what people might think or say.  Well, my dear friends it may have took seeing a song at Mass for me to realize what I have been wanting to say to you for the past several days.

The lyrics to the song, "How Beautiful," in the 3rd verse read "How Beautiful the radiant bride who waits for the groom with his light eyes. How beautiful when humble hearts give the fruit of pure lives so that other may live. How beautiful is the body of Christ." Singing those lyrics at Mass made me think about so many people in the world who are afraid because they are broken due to being hurt, abuse, and so much more but, yet they need to stop and realized that God has that beautiful groom waiting for them who doesn't care if they are broken. Women should stop thinking about man will take her because of her past and the scares. Just repent to the Lord and he'll forgive because you are broken, beautiful, and amazing!

So considering what I've just said, look in the mirror and see deep down inside of yourself the beautiful person you really are.  I find it so amazing that the Lord can see right to who you are.  I know that he's preparing the heart and soul of the perfect person for you to accept you, no questions asked, not worrying about your past.  Also, he is preparing a group of souls to help you and guide you along the way to help you make it on your journey of healing.  Never give up on yourself because you're beautiful!

Days 23-24: Family- the people they are and the lessons we learn

There is a reason why I had to take 2 days to write about this topic.  Family isn't something that I could just think about in a day.  As I allowed my mind to wonder from two different part stores and working with a different group of people, I thought about what I could blog to you about.  Family!

Family is something that many of just think of as the people that we share a name with or genes with however, Family is much more than that.  Family is where you heart is out.  When you can really be yourself.  People who can help you grow and learn.  A place where safety and security is sought.  Nevertheless, where you are valued.

Family is a blessing, a gift, a valuable treauser that we could never barter or give away.  Each of us are each placed in different types of familes.  They can be at work, school, in organizations, or any place you go.  They are not just our biological/adoptive families or greek familes.

From the crazy adventure that I've been traveling on in the past few days with members of my corporate family, I've been able to learn and develop in ways that no one could have ever told me.  Sometimes we are placed with people we don't always get along with or people who we really aren't that comfortable with.  Yet, there is always that one person who will always make you feel welcomed and that one person always watching out for you.
Then when you get back home, you've got those people you can laugh and joke with.  That's the beauty of family.

Day 22: Be Strong and Courageous!!

Being strong and courageous is something that is not easy to do or say.  Many times we let our fears get the best of us or the ideas of others influence our choices.  However, you can beat the odds.

Even when you find yourself in the hardest of places or scariest of situations, you can overcome things.  You can be strong, even when you feel that you're alone.  When you're the only of your gender, you can find yourself on the defense but, being strong enough to stand on your own, you can over come it!

Never let anything stop you from doing your job or succeeding in your life!
Never let the fear of failing stop you from not having the courage to climb to the top of the mountain!

You can do it!!

Days 17-21: Have Hope!

Today's blog is a combination of days being away from the computer and today.  I think back about my trip home for a few days and back to a Homily I heard from a priest in Canyon Lake at the start of the New Year.  I thought about hope.  Hope is so much more than what many of us can imagine!

Hope, if you think about at the bottom of Pandora's box and even after Eve ate the apple, both women still had hope.  For those of you who haven't realized it, I still have a number of scars and wounds that haven't properly healed yet thus, hope is important me. Having hope of being able to live another day and a normal life again is something I can only dream of. To be able to not worry, to not live in fear, and to be able to just be free of it all.

Needless to say, my words to you is be strong and courages, and always have hope.  Have to hope to know it's going to be ok.  You may cry and scream about things.  You may be so confused that you want to give up but, YOU CAN'T!  You have to hold on to hope for a new day and better tomorrow.  Hope is a beautiful gift from God.  Hope is pure and loyal.  To have hope and to know Hope is amazing.  There is always the hope that things will turn out like you planned but, do not give up if things are tweaked a little.

Day 15: Be Inspired!

I'm not for sure the inspiration for today's blog or even where to begin but, be I just want to say my note is be inspired and do something.  Be inspired to make a difference.  Be inspired to lend a helping hand on our home front. Be inspired to lead!  Be inspired to be a servant!  Be inspired to spread the word.

Just never be afraid to to use your inspiration or inspirations and go with it!

Day 14: Listen to the Spirit and Go with it!

I think if there's something that I draw for today's blog it's listening to the Spirit.  It seems that the Spirit speaks to us a way that none of us can explain.  Often, we are unsure about things so we find ourselves going in so many different directions.  Therefore, we have stop and breathe! We have to be willing to plat our feet to the ground and let the Lord speak.  The Holy Spirit guide us.

When the Holy Spirit is ready to move us, we have to be ready to move, regardless.  We may not want to listen, we may want to run, HOWEVER, we will have to listen.  Because, we are called, our spirits are on fire and we're rolling some of the most amazing things can happen.

That's why, I believe, you should listen to the spirit and go with it!

Day 13: never be afraid!

Have no fear!  That's what my thoughts are for today!  Have no fear in all that you do!  I believe that you should always never be afraid to speak out.  Never be afraid to conquer challenges or hit curve balls!  Never be afraid to undergo the pressures of life and still shine!

Just never be afraid to be you!  Never be afraid to let your heart sing in the Lord's delight!  Never be afraid to Love!

These are the words I have for today!!

Day 12: Be Unpedictable and Obedient!

Today's blog is about something that I'm generating from a movie and from a Homily.  I think that sometimes in life we have to do the unpreditable because life's too short and we have to be obdient to the Lord.  If we contanstly follow the same path in life and do the same routine, everyone is going to be able to pick up on what we are going to do and well we'll pretty much be predictable. How is that exciting? How is that be obident? Think about it.

Each day, the Lord is going to ask something different of us and need us to do something different for him thus, we can't be predictable to the normal world.  Every move can't be predictable.  How are we living and going to the well if we're just standing still and doing the same?

Here's my challenge to you today, and everyday, try do something that NO one expects you to do.  Try serving and being obdient while living!!  Try just going with the wind and listening to where God's calling you to go.  You'll be surprise where and what will happen.

Day 11: Honesty and Intergrity!

The thoughts of today began with me thinking of a verse I recieved this morning talking about intergrity.  It made me begin to think about how important that we, as individuals, always so honesty and intergrity.  I believe that upholding these great morals and values show so much about a person.  It allows a person to let his or her light shine.  Honesty and intergrity means that it allows someone to be trusted and know that this person can be considered to be reliable and sensible.  I cannot stress how much that these 2 qualities are forgotten and people in society that these 2 values mean so much, that when we get lost in our own ways, things don't turn out pretty.

Now is the time to look back and reflect on our ways and make a change or strive to continue to be on fire with love, showing intergrity and honesty, constantly. It is so beautiful how a person can just glow and be so such a difference when these qualities are upheld.  Why not now.  Why not now let them be renewed and restored!  Let's all go out and rejoice!!

Day 10: Stop Complaining and just live!

Today I got assigned to stock all the hard parts up at work.  I wanted to complain about climbing the ladder, dealing with parts that I can't stand to carry at times, and feeling lost in the torando of the change of the store layout.  Like a good employee and a understanding, disciplined person I obeyed my boss's orders.  After the 4 hours of stocking I realized that I had developed my blog for tonight.  Even when you want to give up or just throw in the towel, DON'T COMPLAIN!!

My blog for tonight focuses on not complaining.  Think about it, in the walk of life, what good is complaining.  Where is complaining going to get us? All complaining does is take up time.  Thus, I believe just enjoy life and make the best of it.  Think of Jesus' walk his last 40 days on this Earth.  Never once did he complain.

I think I walked away from my experience today at work more positive and a little grown up.  I still somehow found joy in putting up auto parts and not complaining.  After I stepped out the complaining mindset, I realized that the last hour was flying by!  Therefore, I say to you, stop complaining and just enjoy and live life!!

Day 9: Do something out of the norm

Have you just been so caught up in your life and you've found yourself doing the same routine over and over again? Well if you have, I say it's time to just stop doing the ordinary and do something that's not normal!

Tonight's that is what I did.  I did not do the normal routine that I typically do.  Sometimes I believe that you just have to live a little and not be afraid to try something new!  Be a little brave!!

I know it's short and sweet but, that's all I have to say!
